This ArcGIS Mobile template is designed to be used by field operations and maintenance staff in water utility and public works departments. It includes two multi-scale mobile maps (daytime and nighttime) that can be used without an internet connection, two online basemaps created from Local Government Basemap Templates, and a set of operational layers and tools designed for use on a Tablet PC.
